Hi Chrystalyn, Thank you SO much for everything! It was the perfect night, dinner was amazing, and our servers were absolutely fantastic. They were so responsive, helpful, and made sure we were always well taken care of (going above and beyond including setting up coffee for us 😊). I can’t thank you enough for fitting us in and creating one of the best dinners we’ve had at a conference.

Everyone at Ocean Key excelled beyond normal customer service expectations. I could not be more pleased with my experience planning this large group event with the staff at Ocean Key. Cara was impeccable with her understanding of my needs and executing everything beyond expectation. Charlie was wonderful to work with to plan and schedule several excursions for over 50 people. And thank you so much to Claudia and her staff at the spa for working tirelessly to accommodate again over 51 people with varying schedules so that everyone was able to get the spa service that they requested.
The presentation of the meal was beyond words, the entire group raved about the delicious food. The service staff was amazing and helpful as well.

Well, another successful event at Ocean Key is in the books. As always, the staff was truly incredible. April, as always did an EXCEPTIONAL job with our group poolside. The event in TIN ROOF was terrific. Kristin, again, thanks for a great job. The weekend couldn’t have been better.

Kristen, Everyone had a wonderful time. The last night dinner was fantastic and the servers did a great job. Also a special shout out to Patrick in the lobby who handled everyone’s excursions and some special transportation needs…He was great and accommodating. Also the pool staff was great and never really had to wait for service and the staff remembered us when we came back out the next day…I would definitely recommend your place for anyone considering a destination like Key West…I would definitely come back…
